Upon a successfull unlock,
Retailer receives text message.

Lesson No.3 : HOW TO OPEN YOUR WEBTOOL?
Step 1
go to www.loadcentral.net
Step 2
Type your username and password
USERNAME: 63919XXXXXXX
PASSWORD: 123456
note:
*Always put a 63 instead of 0 as the pre-fix of your mobile number.
Once you already open your webtool account, immediately
change your webtool password found in the webtool setting.
